Great service! Honest, very knowledgeable and explained everything. Another company wanted thousands to dig up the basement. Rooter King had it open and working for a couple hundred bucks. After waiting all day for the other company to finally show up and then quote that ridiculous price, we called Rooter King at 8pm. They were here before 10 that same night. Patrick was here until after midnight to get the water to drain out of the basement. He even used a camera to show us what our underground pipes looked like. There was absolutely nothing wrong with them like the other company was telling us. I'm so glad we called for a second opinion, we almost got scammed by the other company for thousands of dollars. Plus Rooter King is local out of Greensburg and not a national franchise. I highly recommend Rooter King. I will never call anyone else!

Excellent service, extremely professional. He came out at 8pm and stayed until he got the job done. Pricing was excellent considering he was there after hours. Wish we would have called Rooter King first instead of waiting all day for a competitor to never arrive. We will definitely be using him again in the future.
