My kids threw something in our drain line (rock) it was 4:30pm when we discovered it and tried a couple of places and got answering services and as of mid night still haven't heard back from any of them. Called De-clog and they answered and if it could wait until tomorrow but was willing to come out tonight if it couldn't wait. We asked for then to come tonight she said she call back once she made contact with the tech. They called and updated me on the situation and apologized she couldn't get give me a time, finally she caked and said he was heading my way. When Arnie arrived he assessd the situation and discovered the rock and after mcgyvering a pipe into a pick up tool and he removed the rock and all was good. Highly recommend, taste was very reasonable in my opinion. They'll be my first call next time.
