Lundell Plumbing Heating & Air

I have called Lundell for service multiple times, both for plumbing and HVAC work. They are efficient, polite, and professional. Rod had my AC problem diagnosed in a short period of time and let me know what it cost to repair. His wide range of experience made short work of my complicated problem. On the plumbing side, they showed up promptly with everything they needed to not only clean out my drain, but also to make the repairs I needed. Lundell is the company I call for HVAC or plumbing repairs.

We had two plumbing companies come and give estimates for a new bathroom install, and we liked Lundell the most. Rod was our plumber, and he was nice and did great work. They also repaired a couple random other things and plumbed a new septic connection for us. They worked very quickly and efficiently. I had no complaints.

Rod and family are efficient, fair in pricing and the best plumbers I have found in The Dalles.

These people were extremely rude and unprofessional. We were told a plumber would be visiting the property in the morning and that we would have an estimate that afternoon. After waiting for over a week and a half, we STILL didn't have an estimate for repairs. When the office was called to get an update, I was never given a straight answer; first it was "he hasn't gotten to it yet" then "he's been working on it all week" then "well, maybe he just doesn't want to do the job." When I tried to get an answer as to when and IF we would have the estimate, she hung up on me. I called back, trying to get an answer only to be told, "well, maybe you just better get another plumber!" and hung up on again. I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone who actually needs any plumbing repairs done.
