Flat out lied about the time it took to fix my garbage disposal. First time they had a tech come out to fix a leaky disposal. I was home, took about an hour. Fixed the disposal, I paid, everything was fine. Few months later my garbage disposal quit working. I called them, tech came out, pulled a plastic measuring spoon out of the disposal that was preventing blades from turning, handed it to my renter, then left. Took less than 10 minutes. I get a call a few days later saying the bill would be $150, and that the tech was there for 1.5 hours. I am furious. I realize they charge an hour minimum, and I am happy to pay an hour minimum for the service provided, no matter how small, but the dishonesty makes me want to not do business with this company any longer.
