Meticulous Plumbing

Erin did a very professional job installing a new toilet for me. She has great plumbing skills and wonderful customer service skills. I am a retired international customer service supervisor with UPS so I know the attributes and talents it takes, Erin has it.

Their prices were astronomical. Charged over $300 to replace a simple shut-off valve that took 15 minutes. They wanted over $600 to replace the workings of a toilet. I purchased a kit for $25 and fixed the toilet in 30 minutes. I would never call them again.

Had a leak. Now I don't. Called Meticulous on Tuesday, made appointment for Thursday. They called today (Wednesday) saying they could get out sooner, which was awesome considering the leak was still leaking... and within 20 minutes had found the problem and come up with a plan to fix it. All said and done, 45 minutes later I was a happy homeowner once again. Thank you!

We had new water service brought to our house which they coordinated and supervised and went very smoothly; they completely repiped our house using top quality materials including US made PEX pipe, and brass and stainless steel fittings and valves. They had attention to detail and were very thorough. They started the job on time and finished on time and cleaned up after themselves. We had no problem in passing the city inspection.
