Joshuah was really nice - he did a great job explaining everything that was going on, and made sure I knew what all my options were at all times. He definitely seemed to know what he was doing, and made sure everything was neat and tidy after he’d done his work. He also had a great sense of humor and was friendly and approachable, while still being respectful and kind. I will request him the next time we have a plumbing issue come up! Trina was also wonderful to deal with on the phone - she was so friendly and helpful, and was a great example of excellent customer service! I grew up in Hawaii, so I know great service when I experience it!

We just had an all-around excellent experience with this company from the website (actually useful and you can live-chat with someone) to customer service on the phone to Joshua who actually arrived a little early. They got us scheduled quickly and everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Joshua was engaging and polite (my 3-year-old loved him!) and respectful of our home. He talked us through what he was doing and why and got our approval with every step (i.e. no surprise charges). He was happy to share his knowledge and clearly enjoys his job (he even mentioned how “fun” his line of work is and how much he likes working for 3 Mountains!). You can’t really ask for more than that in a home service provider. I would give more stars if I could and we are already planning to have them out to do some more work. I just wish they also had electricians and contractors but for now I’m glad that we found our go to plumbing service.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! Everyone we worked with from this company was friendly and helpful. We were kept informed of the timeline for the work and we were able to change the date of service with no hassle. We had both plumbing and sewer work done and all the technicians and other service personnel we dealt with were professional, efficient, and friendly. I must say that when I knew we needed some plumbing work done on our house that I dreaded making a call to get estimates and schedule the work, but everyone at 3 Mountains Plumbing was so easy to deal with. They responded quickly to my questions and requests and their prices were very reasonable. The next time we need plumbing work I will call them again. I had 3 Mountains Plumbing come out to snake my kitchen sink that was clogged. Joshuah and Nathaniel both came out. They both were very professional, knowledgeable, neat and clean when working. They were very respectful of my home. I really appreciate it! 6 stars. Joshuah and Nathaniel are definitely an assets to the company. I appreciate it very much ???????? Nathaniel was very fast, very knowledgeable, and fixed our problem which was an improperly installed tank booster by another company. His explanations made sense, he gave good advice going forward. Really,I have zero criticism and the repair ended up being quite affordable. Also, he was very pleasant to have in the home and showed great kindness toward my children. Highly recommend this company and this employee specifically. Thanks!
