Metro plumbing has been out to our house at least 7 or 8 times over the years. They have alwas been reasonably priced and prompt. Highly recommend!
They showed up late and then got mad at us for not being there after the time they had scheduled had passed. Also we only left at the time we did (half an hour after the scheduled time) because my wife had to go to urgent care. I called back a couple hours later after we got back home, no answer so I left a voicemail. They never called back. It took several days of calling to finally get an answer, and when I did finally get an answer they were very rude and blamed us for not being there at the proper time even though they were the ones who were late.
Excellent service! Very Friendly and knowledgeable! Great value!
They are always on top of it, get the job done and done fast. I've used them for years.
