Richard really went above and beyond for me and my husband today. Upon arriving to hook up our tankless water heater system he discovered that there were missing parts that were supposed to be ready for him. He went out and got the missing parts for us and worked until our system was working perfectly. I am so extremely grateful as I’m really sick and going the entire weekend without hot water may have compromised my health further. Richard made sure that didn’t happen. He worked fast, explained everything and was honest. I would highly recommend Pipe it Plumbing to anyone in need of an exceptional plumbing company!!
