Living Water was referred to us by another great contractor, Darrin Little with Integrated Heating & Cooling. Darrin helped us the year before when our furnace went out in winter. This time, he referred Living Water, who saved the day when an outdoor pipe hooked to our main water line split after a snow storm. We didn’t notice it until 4:30. The office gal quickly got ahold of the plumber, who had just left for the day. Forrest did a very thorough job! In fact, the price ended up being less than what was quoted and we planned to do further work in the future! Another great company!!

Fixed my broken water line fast

After a seeming water leak in the shower I made a call to have a plumber from living water to come look at the damage. The plumber that had shown up confirmed water damage so I hired them to do the repair. He installed a new mixing valve that seemed to look good, but my water pressure dropped drastically. I then hired a separate plumber to do a repipe on the entire house assuming it was the galvanized pipe that failed. Once the wall was opened I found that the pinched piping installed by the living water employee caused the pressure drop. After the explanation from the plumber installing the new piping of the lack of water flow I realized it was unnecessary. It's just lazy install

Replaced two Toilets I purchased from Home Depot and in a lot less time it would of taken me and saved my Back. It's worth the Money to have the Job done right.

They just didn’t show up! After at least 3 service calls with them; I was severely disappointed by this very unprofessional company’s new policy. They set an 8-9 AM appointment with me which I confirmed that I would be there. I was. They did not show up. When I called hours later I was told that I had not answered a confirmation call. I live out beyond cell phone service. Unfortunately this company decided that my history of reliable patronage did not outweigh their need for repeated phone reassurance. Technician great. Company offensive and unprofessional. Answer all their calls or they abandon you!
