Very nice man. Came, listened to the problem I had with the shower, diagnosed and fixed said problem. Initial call was placed on a Tuesday, close to closing time. He called early the next day and arrived 10 mins before the appointment. Price is somewhat steep, but the service was fast and great. Keeping this company on my speed dial!

We had such a good experience with Card plumbing! We are selling our home and we needed some plumbing work done before our appraisal. Card plumbing came out the next day, the man who helped us was wonderful. He fixed our problems quickly, efficiently and he didn't over charge us. It was a dream! Thanks Card Plumbing!!

The job got done. However, customer service is a thing of the past! The employees were at the house for no more than an hour. They charged us for 4 hours of labor! The owner argued with me informing me that they have to start the clock as soon as they leave the shop. Even at that, I have no idea how they got 4 hours of labor, even with two employees!! They also left a mess of the insulation that was on the old hot water heater! When I asked the owner why they did not take the 5 minutes to put it in a bag, he said that I should be grateful that they took away the old hot water heater! That taking away the old hot water heater was a courtesy that they provide! That would be part of the job! A courtesy is something you do above and beyond to please your customer and build a good reputation. The owner of card plumbing was unwilling to do anything to try to make this situation right for me as the customer. I Will never again use or recommend Card Plumbing to anyone for anything! Even a town as small as Klamath Falls, there are plenty of much better options! Customer service should be companies highest priority to retain and gain new customers!!

After contacting several plumbers and explaining that my kitchen sink drain had broke under the house, I was told I was 2 to 3 weeks out before I would get any help, I called Card Plumbing and they were honest and said they would be there to look things over as soon as they could. I waited 4 days and they came to my house to evaluate the situation, their service man James said he would be back the next day with help as it was a bit more complicated. The next day James and Colby arrived first thing in the morning and proceeded to complete the job. They were very professional and pleasant, they took the time to explain everything to me My experience was so good I gave them a 5 star rating
