Rick was awesome! He made sure everything was good before he left. He put up with me asking a lot questions. He was thorough with getting the clog cleared. He showed up shortly after the dispatcher called to make sure I was home. Definitely recommend these guys. My 25 ft drain snake wasn’t long enough to reach the clog. Do yourself a favor and call the pros.

Great service! Thai arrived faster than I anticipated and quicky addressed our problem with a clogged sewer outfall between our house and the main sewer line. Thai had the right equipment to get through several obstructions to get our sewer working again. Thai also did a nice job explaining the problems as they were found and suggested what we could do in the future to avoid repeat problems. Highly recommend this company,

Simple fix so they charged nothing!

The main sewer line was completely blocked. I called RotoRooter first thing in the morning and they showed up early afternoon. The service tech (Donald) took his time to explain what he was doing. The part that I appreciated was he wasn't satisfied with just getting the water flowing. Using the camera he was able to see that there was still a partial blockage even though water was draining. It took several attempts to completely clear the sewer verified by the camera. What's impressive is most places would have just said they were done once the water started flowing...not Donald with RotoRooter...he was only satisfied once he knew the cause of the clog and the drain was completely cleared. I highly recommend RotoRooter out of Redmond Oregon and their service tech Donald.
