Corey came out to install an earthquake shutoff valve on the gas meter and take care of a few other minor repairs. He was a pleasure to deal with and completed everything he was scheduled to do plus additional items not originally on his list. I got multiple quotes for the emergency gas valve and Shellback Plumbing was among the most reasonable. They were able to schedule me in the following day. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

We have called upon Shellback Plumbing twice to help us with two different water leaks unrelated to each other. On our first repair we met Doug. He explained what he found, walked us through what was needed and why. He completed the job in a timely manner. Great to talk with. Today, I called back to Shellback Plumbing for an unrelated water leak. We requested Doug if he was available and explained how great he was on the last repair. To our excitement, Doug was at our door, Once again Doug was amazing . This repair required cutting into my laundry room ceiling and he took it all in stride. The repair was completed perfectly. Danny was friendly, efficient, and removed my old faucet and replaced it with my new one in no time at all. He also played great oldies while he worked. =) Will use these guys again.
