When I had called to ask questions about my toilet; the gal on the phone was so sweet. She told me the next steps to schedule my appt and it was within a few days. Chris was my technician. He asked if he should take off his shoes; and in my house we don’t wear shoes on the carpet. Super sweet. Fixed my toilet within minutes which was almost embarrassing. He also educated me a little more on my toilets. Super sweet people. I’ll definitely recommend to family and friends.

My second time using ProDrain and they are always professional and top notch. Today Chris T. assisted with an issue we had. He was friendly and explained exactly what the problem was. He fixed it quickly and everything was cleaned up before he left. Great company from the receptionists to the field crew.

Austin was prompt, efficient, friendly, experienced, listened to my concerns and history with this residence’s past issues. A fantastic outcome!!! Austin made sure everything was draining properly, was clean and orderly. I was very pleased at the price, timely service and will recommend confidently. Old school approach with modern technology. Mario came out first thing after I just requested an appointment late in the afternoon the day before. I have an older home (built in 1924) so didn’t want to use harsh chemicals. After trying my own remedies, then calling a handyman with a snake, I phoned my old property manager for her recommendation. She told me she always uses ProDrain & had excellent service at a very affordable price. She was spot on. Mario was here 5-10 minutes. He was professional, efficient, & delivered exactly as promised. $105.00 for a cleared drain. I couldn’t be more impressed. They deliver on their logo: “We clean out your drain...not your wallet!” And no I’m not related; this is the first time I’ve used them and am so happy not being in standing water when taking a shower! Thank-you for having integrity in this day and age. Believe me, it’s hard to come by! ????????

Absolutely excellent service. Friendly, efficient & fair - tradesmen get a bad rap (often for good reason) but these guys are doing it right. They earned a lifetime customer in 2 hours of work. Outstanding.
