You don't need to be a professional to buy that odd faucet part. Always friendly. Open till 5 on Sat.

Very good customer service, especially for a place that doesn't generally serve the public directly. Their new computer system seems a bit dated, no bar codes for direct look up of receipts, system does not seem to improve efficiency.
