I called them when drain was plugged & my toilet was leaking due to a wax ring failure. They had a cancellation & were able to get to my house the next morning. They worked with my landlord for approval & payment. Fantastic customer service. Andrey was the tech who came to the house. He was knowledgeable & friendly. I felt comfortable having him in my home. The work was completed in a timely manner & all messes were cleaned before he left. I strongly recommend their service!

We have used Cornel’s a few times over the last couple of years. Mario has been responsive every time (I sent in a request over the weekend and it was not an emergency, however he responded both times the same day to schedule an appointment). Mario, Cornel, Nate, and Andrey have all been very courteous when they have completed work and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing services. We have had them install a couple of new toilets, garbage disposal, and today they replaced a part of our sewer line that was damaged.

The best customer service I've ever had. Mario reached out at 7:30am the morning after our SOS email that we had no hot water. He worked until 7:30 that night to remove the ancient system and install a new one, all with the very best attitude. I can not recommend this company enough!! We will be using them again for any plumbing needs.
