Every person I spoke to was professional and helpful. The service technician was awesome. We had been without hot water for the past 14 days due to a faulty install by another plumbing company. I called Rayborn's after hours, to try to resolve the problem. The night phone service made us an appointment for first thing next morning. Our service tech, called first thing next morning (this morning) to make sure he knew where we were located. He arrived, got to work, and quickly identified that a brand new hot water heater (only a week old) had been improperly installed and was ruined. He made arrangements to immediately replace the water heater. After a parts run and some lunch, John spent all afternoon getting things right. And as I type this, we have HOT water for the first time in 14 days. Way to go John, the support staff and Rayborn's Plumbing in general. A top rate company and a top rate experience.
Awful experience. They skipped the first appointment and blamed us for their mistake. We reset an appointment for a few days later, and they never showed up. We called and asked what was going on and they apologized and told us that they were busy and we should probably find a different company. Noteworthy, they never called us to tell us that they were going to be late or cancel, just didn't bother to show up.
Horrible experience..they don't seem to care..waited for them to show..they didn't..then I called..waited two more hours..no show..Iwould never use this company ..ever.
Horrible business. I've never been treated worse, as a REPEATING CONTRACTOR, like I was by Rayborns Plumbing. Most unsettling experience I've had with them by far. No business has ever talked down to me like that, as a contractor. Other bad reviews stated they received an apology - they didn't apologize to me. Nonetheless, I will not be doing any business with them in the future.
I have been using Rayborns since before the new ownership. They have done nothing but great work for me even if they had to reschedule. Pricing was fair and work was hastily done.
