Sherwood Plumbing

Our water heater broke and Sherwood Plumbing not only responded, but put us on the schedule quickly. We drained it prior to their arrival and within 2 hours our new water heater was installed and ready for use. Every person I talked to was extremely helpful, kind, and patient. Austin and the other gentleman arrived soon after the automated message. They worked so efficiently. I’ll definitely call again in the future if any plumbing issues develop. Thank you so much!!

Very professional. .polite, timely. They looked at my problem, quoted a price to fix it and finished up in a couple of hours.

Same same. Devin came out and looked at my job. Said no problem. I called to get a rough quote and get scheduled, no return phone call. Left at least three messages myself and my customer left two as well . Probably not on Devin but on the owner. These jerks held up my project saying no problem from the beginning only to find out they were flakes. Don't waste your time with this company. I'm a retired general contractor and no that everyone is quite busy in the trades, but that's no excuse for a flake making promises he can't keep.

Great at first, but after initial consult and being what I thought was on the schedule no one came out (twice) and followed up eventually had to move on, too bad because Devon seemed very nice. Dissapointed :(

I can highly recommend Devin and Sherwood Plumbing! He was quick to respond to my initial phone call and even though it was later in the day, was able to get a crew out to our house to replace our hot water heater that afternoon. Austin did a great job replacing the unit and was at the house exactly when expected. My job was completed quickly, done well at a competitive price and billed exactly as quoted.
