I had a plumber come over to fix my water heater as part of my warranty. Worst experience I've ever had with a handyman. When he couldn't figure out what the problem was he proceeded to mansplain to me that the problem was I didn't know how to turn the hot water on at the faucet, he even showed me how to turn the handle. Within 10 minutes of him leaving my hot water wouldn't turn on again. So I call and have him come back. He can't get the hot water on when he comes back. He tells me he is going to let my warranty company know that I need a new water heater. A couple of weeks go by and I hear nothing. I call my warranty company and the plumber told them there was nothing wrong it was just a temperature problem. I felt truly disrespected and ignored by the plumber. Don't use this company they hire misogynists.

Misinformed me about the nature of a leak in my bathroom and laid out a nightmare scenario of code violation and expensive repair. Left without even a temporary fix to the leak. Thankfully, we got a second opinion. No code violation and the leak was fixed in less than thirty minutes. Base One either didn't want the job or was not very knowledgeable.

Base One Plumbing remodeled our bathroom, and it looks wonderful! We are so glad we found this company. We have showed this bathroom to all our friends & they love it. Wendy P.
