John was pleasant and beyond helpful when I had an early morning plumbing emergency. Was at my house within an hour and the problem was fixed right away.
Can’t speak to their plumbing skills, but I can say that the owners wife is one of the most pretentious people I’ve ever met, which is typical of Ashland as a whole. Personally, I’d steer clear of ever doing business with anyone that treats people the way she does. Just because you’ve been in Ashland for 25 years, doesn’t mean you’re a pleasant person. In fact, you’re one of the most unkind people I’ve ever met!

Had a plugged kitchen sink drain in the wall, not under the sink. Not an emergency, but they were there in less than an hour and took care of it. Pleasant, knowledgable, conscientious and made useful suggestions on other plumbing issues. Reasonable price.
