I had a little hiccup with my appointment yesterday but the team made it so right today. Jeremy called first thing in the morning and apologized for any inconvenience and asked what time was good today. Within 5 minutes of my call he was at the house ready to go. He is amazing every time he went in the house he took off his shoes. He explained the details very clearly and fixed the issue with in a timely matter. I also want to give thanks to Q ( you are a rockstar) He called me this morning to let me know I was on the books for today and called to check on the progress. Samantha and Heather (office gals) you are so sweet and kind and very professional. Thank you so much for fitting me in today. I know how busy your schedule is. I can't say it enough but Thank you once again. I will definitely recommend you and if there's ever any other issues I'll call you once again. Thank you, Diana
