Steven did an amazing job. Not only was he able to point out items that other service companies neglected to see but he understood the system in a way that was easy to relate to. I have so much more confidence that our furnace has been cleaned and the next steps than I have with the 2 other companies we tried in the past. We had also scheduled our AC to be serviced but he found a coil failure and didn't charge us since we all agreed it didn't make sense to clean and service a unit that was damaged beyond repair. We will definitely be using Wolfer's for our future needs if all their technicians are as great as Steven O.

Both Rick and Ciro arrived on time. Very professional, clean and told me exactly what hey were doing all the time. They are the best technicians I have had for a long time. They installed both a furnace and AC units. They left the place clean and tidy. Thank you very much for all your help today, I truly appreciate it. Go Wolfers.

Steve came to do annual maintenance and he discovered reasons why my AC kept freezing up. He was patient, kind, supportive, and helpful when discussing the reasons and came up with a conclusion: I needed to replace expensive pieces or get a new furnace. After the decision, we discussed options, he helped me and I was able to get financing and some rebates! Beyond recommend Steve!

I needed routine maintenance on both my Heater and AC. Wolfer's Home Services had previously come out and put in my AC and I was really happy with their service, so it made sense to me, to have them come due the maintenance as well. Todd arrived and was able to quickly take care of both for me. He was professional and friendly. He answered any questions I had, as well as providing other suggestions for ways I could extend the life of my units and general care I could provide for them.

We are very pleased with the install of our new AC unit. Ciro and Gavin were very professional and respectful, and they did a wonderful job installing the unit despite having to install it in a tricky spot behind our deck. Ciro explained everything very thoroughly after the install and made sure to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend using Wolfer's to anyone needing the types of services they provide, and would definitely use them again for any future services needed. Quality company that has exceeded our expectations from start to finish!
