While the plumber who came did a proficient job. I was billed for an 8 hour day. They started the clock when the plumber talked to the dispatcher in the morning and ended the clock when the plumber had finished up cleaning his van back at the shop at the end of the day. Even though, including travel time to Dundee. The plumber was on the job for 6.5 hours. I expect to pay travel time. I expect to pay for the time the plumber is onsite. I do not expect to pay for the time it takes the plumber to inventory his van so he can perform the job. They replaced my water heater and changed out the shut off valve for water coming into the house. They charged a fee to hall away the old heater PLUS THE LABOR TO DISPOSE OF IT. When I complained about the loss of water pressure, they responded by saying we don't have a clue. When I complained about the labor charge, they offered me a 20 minute credit to use on the next time I call them.

Very disappointed in service and what seemed to be a lack of concern on their part. First service person showed up on time only to complain about his lack of sleep. Not a smile or a good morning. Needed another service person and he was 2 hours late and did not have needed parts. Rescheduled for him to return; waited and when a no show, I called the office and for some reason the appointment didn't get put into their schedule. So disappointed in this long term local company! They need some quality control and customer service training.

On time, did a good job, cleaned up afterwards. Fair price for work completed.
