Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

My kitchen remodel was all complete. Then it happened the clog!!! Called Roto-Rooter up on a Saturday and within an hour we had a polite young man at the door. Kai was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He figured out the problem and took care of it in no time. Give this guy a raise. Thanks again Kai!

They were absolutely awesome. 7 other plumbers in town could make an appointment in 2 weeks or more and that is not acceptable with a leak. 3 other plumber looked and couldn't find it and another company charged an outrageous fee and said they don't guaranty they could find the leak. The guy crawled by it twice. It took the tech at roto--Rooter less than 5 minutes to find the leak. Yahoo!! The restoration techs evaluated the damage about the same time as the plumber. They dealt with the insurance company for me. There is no question they will get a phone call heaven forbid it would ever happen again.

Dwight Mohr and Steve Goddard were awesome! Our cat got stuck in a pipe and they were able to come out and help us in a very fast manor. Very professional and experienced they knew exactly what to do to save our kitty cat. We cant thank you guys enough :)

We had a great experience with roto rooter and the employees, Jason and Brandon they were kind and knowledgeable. They finished there job quickly and proficiently! We really can't say enough good things about them. I think it rare to be completely satisfied by the work that's done around your house and we are so thank You Brandon and jason!!
