these guys are the BEST...needed a plumber for a leak that made me shut the water off and they took the time to come over and diagnose the problem and fix it in record time...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

Only place around I could find that was interested in assisting with root treatment. While everyone else thinks - replacing a drain line is the only option. Rau was really awesome and sold me some products recommended online by everyone and they were the only ones within a 2 hour drive to carry it. I was taking care of the project mostly myself and they were also helpful in offering me to barrow a tool. Thank you very much Rau

Work was performed as expected. Professional and respectful service. However, I had to pay for two people even though one of the workers spent about 50% of the time watching the other person work. I will never use them again. The hour on-site cost me $225 in labor because I was also charged for travel time. According to Google Maps, it is an 8 minute drive from their shop to my house. I was charged 15 mins. Instead of being billed for 16-20 minutes, I was billed 30 minutes for two people.

I needed these guys in an emergency situation sewage backed up underneath a house and these guys came when nobody else would very promptly on-time replace the pump in less than an hour and had me up and running again great company I will suggest rau plumbing to everyone.
