Fast, friendly and affordable. We had a clog that had backed up all but our toilets. They got on the roof went through the kitchen sink vent and had it fixed in 15mins great work guys.
Quick to respond, but the service people drag their feet a little on completing the job.
Left us hanging with no solution. Day one, shows up and snakes same cleanouts for 3 hours said sorry can't help you, I will send someone else out tomorrow. Day 2 shows for 2 hours snakes same lines no result told need to use a camera be back Friday. Friday came and went called and told you are next. Finally call again told he left 2 hours ago with equipment and a no show. We have 16 apartments no water and no sewer and rotto rooter has done nothing. So much for high praises. All we are getting is pass on to the next guy. Bad business practice by rotto rooter.
