The plumber was great and he was able to locate the leak quickly. He was contracted through our home warranty and was unable to receive authorization for the repair while he was here. I called the All West Pluming the next day to follow up since the leak is flooding under the floor. Donna told me she had submitted the verbal estimate and our warranty company stated they needed it in writing. I asked if she had submitted it in writing and she said no. She then went on to tell me she wasn’t in the office and could not get it submitted until she was. She then proceeded to bash the warranty company for taking forever. When I pointed out they were waiting on her to submit the estimate she said if I was going to yell at her she was going to cancel the claim and I could find another plumber. I cancelled the claim and we will work with another company.
