Very very unprofessional!! Couldn't fix the problems at our house. So they lied to our landlords and said we were screaming and yelling at them.

Overall, I had a terrible experience with Mullin Plumbing. Technician came out to inspect 2 clogged shower drains at my house. He briefly (15 min) inspected my issue (he checked only the clear-out in the back yard) and then told me the fix would be $2300 plus the cost to rent a machine (which he would split with me- more on that in a sec). Thankfully, this all seemed rushed at the time so I decided to get a second opinion. After I paid $95 for 15 min of labor with Mullin, I called Coe and had a great customer service experience. A technician there cleared both of my drains for $150 total (almost 2 hours of work) and informed me that Mullin pays their technicians a percentage for expensive repairs. I assume this is the only reason an employee would be splitting the cost of equipment with a customer. Aside from horrible professional recommendations/bad business practices, the Mullin technician was hardly courteous: basic "Hi, my name is ____," stuff was nowhere to be found. I strongly recommend you try another plumbing company.

Mullin plumbing is the best! Highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. Their technician Chris is superb!
