Response to Jake Floresta: Your review does NOT give an accurate account of this issue. You called and spoke to me the first day, and I got all of your billing information and at length discussed how we handle service calls. I told you that since you are a mgmt. company, we would not do work that was not approved by home owner after we diagnose what ever the issue is/was. AFTER my Tech went to that property, I called the number YOU gave me for Loren at your office and told her what the issue was and that we needed approval for repairs and the cost. She said she would get approval and call me back. She never called me back. I will NOT send a Tech to ANY management company property with out express permission to do work, we will not risk owners not wanting to pay for unapproved work. Standing water under a house is a danger to the Techs, we do not know if there is wiring under the home that is live and crawling through saturated mud or standing water, in cold temps (this call was in March), is asking for hypothermia. Water standing under a home can as well contain raw sewage and that again can pose health issues. So letting the area dry out should not be an unreasonable request. Fact is our Tech diagnosed the issue, and gave a full detailed account of what was wrong and what was needed to affect repair. The cost of this diagnosis is 1 hour of labor, since he DID in fact go far enough under the home to see the standing water, AND went in the home to address the low water pressure at the faucets, that does constitute labor. You called our office on 3-21 and my Tech went on the 21st. I sent your invoice on the 22nd. I resent the invoice on 4-23 and on 5-2 I was instructed to send to Vanessa in accounting. Hope this clarifies the mis-information.

I moved away from OKC 3 years ago, and I had Hollowell replace the sewer tie-in to the city line before I sold my house. They did an excellent job, quick service, it was fairly priced, and I could not have been happier with them. I got several quotes from other plumbing companies, and Hollowell’s was better than any other. Some of the others couldn’t even dig as deep as was required for the repair, or they wanted much more money in order to do it.

I found a leaky pipe early yesterday morning, and with the temperature dropping like it was, I was afraid that the pipe would freeze and bust. I searched for a plumber and read reviews for this place. I was impressed by their 5 star ratings, so I gave them a call. So happy I did because she sent a guy out as soon as he finished up were he was already working and the next thing I knew she was calling me to tell me that the pipe was fixed. Also, I was surprised that the bill was less than what I was expecting! He also checked the pipes in the well house and under the house to make sure there were no other leaks due to the freezing temperatures. I highly recommend Hollowell Plumbing. They are super friendly and honest.

Hollowell plumbing goes above and beyond what I would have expected. They were very fairly priced and I got my money's worth using them. I highly suggest using them.
