My parents hired this company on the word of our neighbor to check for leaks after we suffered flooding. They show up almost 2 hours later than scheduled and charged $400 (stating this was a discount). They left to go get parts, came back and said we have a leak. But instead of staying to fix said leak, they left to go work on another job and said they will be back tomorrow which they said they will charge my parents more money to come back and work on the leak. I'm sorry, that is not how you do business. To me all they are doing is taking advantage of the flood victims and just out here trying to make as much money as they can instead of having integrity and building a good solid company. DO NOT HIRE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hate that I even have to push one star to write a review. The owner was very off putting about coming out and fixing what he had already put in, I've got the run around a few times now and so has the landlord. If you want to hire a company where you'll just have to do-it-yourself, these guys are perfect for you. the owner clearly doesnt know how to run his business. I give -5 stars.
I called this company a few days ago and asked them if they could come out and snake my drain for me and they were here on time and were very well respectful thank you all Britton plumbing for the great work
I called four different plumbing companies until I finally found the right company which is ALL BRITTON PLUMBING they ran all new water lines and sewer lines for under $4000 every other company wanted $8000 or more a friend of mine referred this company to me they fixed all my problems in one day they guys they have working for him are very professional and polite you have no idea how much this has helped me I will refer everyone that I know to this company once again thank you Ryan Britton and you guys you have taken a lot of stress off of my shoulders god bless
We used this company months ago and they did a terrible job. The last reviews on here are his workers who are not licensed claiming they are customers. Please beware of this con artist these are not real reviews. Safe yourself the trouble and heartache and get a professional honest plumber.
