Madison Plumbing Service

I have used Madison Plumbing on numerous occasions from outside the house to inside the house. They have always been fair priced and good, honest service. From tankless water heater installs, to unstopping clogged pipes, etc... I highly recommend them

I was more than pleased with the service I received form Madison Plumbing. I original chose them because they were the only ones who would offer an estimate over the phone. Some places were going to charge me over $90 just to come out and give an estimate. I did have a company to come and give a free estimate which was $200 more than Madison Plumbing. Since there was such a huge difference in the price I actually called MP back, Michelle assured me the price was correct but also explained there may be some additional charges if they need to add things such as extra rings or screws which I understood. The plumber came out as arraigned did all the repairs, cleaned up after himself, and even taught me how to maintain my new items. I ended up pay $10 above the quoted price which was still more than $200 less than another plumber quoted me. They also called me the next day to see if I was pleased with my service. Everyone I encountered was polite and very patient. I would definitely recommend Madison Plumbing Service to all my friends.

Gary, Michelle and Madison Plumbing did a great job for us on our recent renovations. Response time was excellent and service was exceptional ! I highly recommend them.

Called on Monday for an appointment on Tues, they said they couldn't give a time, would call about 30 min ahead of time (which I understand), they called to reschedule for Wednesday and than no call and no show. It is now Friday and have not heard from anyone. This is unacceptable and poor customer service/business!
