Garry has been my go-to for all things plumbing for some time now. He's honest, diligent and always willing to educate. Most recently he worked on our lateral sewer line (installing a liner to reinforce it). Garry was able to quickly get the proper permits, conducted the work, and passed the inspections. It's always been clear that Garry's in it to help you in any way that he can and never looks to up-sell you on anything that is not necessary. Highly recommend him and Westco Rooter.

Garry is professional, knowledgeable, honest, friendly, reliable, prompt, extremely helpful and reasonably priced. I called Westco Rooter based on the positive reviews I read online after my bathroom flooded from a blocked drain and leaking toilet. Garry came out right away and fixed the problem, assessed the water damage for my insurance claim and repaired the broken sewer line that caused the issue. He took the extra time to answer my questions and shared all of his expert knowledge to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything. It's very hard to find the kind of excellent customer service that Garry provides. He's a top-notch professional that I'd recommend to anyone without hesitation! From now on, i'm only calling Westco Rooter for my plumbing needs!
