ECS, and Eric and Julie in particular are incredible to work with. As a property manager of a large portfolio of single family homes, I know with certainty that anytime I send a work order over to them my tenants and my properties will be taken care of. I never doubt that they will contact tenants quickly and get problems resolved in a timely fashion. They communicate everything to me and any questions that I arise they always answer.
