I have a very good experience with this company! I’m a property manager, I needed someone to come immediately for water damage (all 3 floors) i called anyone at that time, And this company is the only on who answered my call and that was after business hours! Danny, the owner coordinated immediately to his people, they came in my property right away, and got everything done in a flash!! I am soo happy of how things done and how flexible the owner can work with us, regardless if we pay out of pocket or with insurance claim! We put in an insurance claim with this company and it ended up getting approved for excessive water damage along the walls and floors. The company was highly responsive and applied the appropriate communication throughout the project. Things went much smoother than I expected. I liked how it was primarily hands off.
It’s been a pleasure working with 24-7 Restoration. They uphold a high standard and urgent mentality for emergency related services. They treated our water damage restoration project like it was their own house. It took a lot of the uneasiness and stress away seeing a company relate to what my family was going through.
