I am an elderly lady and wanted to get my toilet fixed. I called Comfort Zone on a recommendation. The plumber came and ended up breaking more than he fixed. Later, I was sent a bill for more than a thousand dollars and my toilet now plugs up all the time.

Ripped me off!!! Told them to fix a water heater and ended under warranty. They ended up replacing it and then charging me for the new one. Warranty is not honored.
