Crandall & Sanders Plumbing

We recently contacted them for an estimate to repair or replace a hot water heater. They came out and quoted $800-$1200 to replace the 40 gal gas water heater. I chose to go with a different local plumber who charged us $600 to complete the work. Later we recieved a bill for $90 for the estimate. Upon contacting them about the bill they were rude and unprofessional. I'll be sending them their unearned money and consider it a lesson learned on my part. If Kingfisher had more plumbing companies they wouldn't be able to operate in this capacity. It's sad you can't depend on this local company to operate in a professional manner.

Great people. Did what they said, when they said, and cared about the job and doing it right. As a home builder, I value anything that makes for an efficient job and happy customer, and these guys delivered.
