They put my brand new hot water tank in wrong and refused to come back out and fix it. I even begged him to please do the right thing and fix their mistake. He told me his assistant didn't do it wrong. He wouldn't even come out and look at it. I had to hire another plumber to fix what he did wrong.Terrible,terrible work ethic and customer service!!I If I could give 0 stars I would.

No call no show I wouldn't use them again ever ever

Although we ended up choosing another company (we wanted a different brand of water heater), they were very responsive, even after hours, and answered a LOT of questions. They gave the cheapest quote of the 4 companies we got estimates from.

Have a mannford address and location but she said they WON’T service Mannford. They should say that even though we’re located in Mannford, we won’t service you because we don’t trust Mannford people! How about you change your location then and maybe write in your bio that you stereotype and label ALL “potential” customers! What a joke of a company!
