A warranty was given to me when I bought my house. Warranty place called this company to see if they wanted to service my claim. They, the company, said yes. This is despite knowing the distance they are from me. Rather than calling and setting up an appt they just said they'd call me on a Monday and I asked for them to call me at 8am. They decided to wait until 11, after I was about to leave to take care of some stuff. When I expressed my frustration at their seemingly lack of poor coordination I was called rude and the lady said a tech would be out in an hour and a half and she hung up. Let's hope their plumbers are better at their job than their service representative.
Lost are order over and hour. Burger meat not cooked bun bottom soaked in grease . Club sandwich dry.
Action Plumbubg Service was dispatchced to repair a drain leak in our foundation by AHS. Having been with AHS for over 8 years, we have experienced some of their good and bad contractors. Action Plumbing Services was dispatched to my home to fix a clogged shower/sink as part of a claim by American Home Shield. They came and cleared out some of the pipes in the bathroom, but they did not run the water long enough to see that the clog was removed (it wasn't). When I discovered that the drain was still plugged, they came back out and insisted on a second payment of $85 to fix the leak they failed to detect the first time. I had little choice but to comply with this extortionary tactic or pay for a different plumber.
