Had a major clogged drain and precision came out after hours and spent 3 hours fixing our problem and saving the day! Owner came out and took time to fix our problem right and wa very reasonable on pricing! Great company great customer service and very knowlgeable! Stayed till problem was fixed worked till about 9pm! Would recommend them to anyone!
Worst service ever. They will not honor their contracts, services, or parts. Within 6 months of them putting in an outside faucet it won’t work. Their product and service is/was was under a one year new construction warranty. After 8 months of me calling them and asking them to have someone come out and look at it they told me that they will not look at it or fix it. They told me to do what I had to do even if that meant to sue them. Who does that? Awesome way to run a business and yes you will be hearing from my lawyer. If I could give negative stars I would.

This is a "personal Review". These people don't even know how good they really are. I'll explain... Coweta is a small town and sometimes if you do local business you have very little to choose from so you take what you get. In this particular case though, you are getting very good quality work from VERY GOOD QUALITY people. My entire family has used these folks for quite some time now and will use no one else, so know who you're dealing with!!! I'm going to tell part of a "feel good" story that they don't even realize the impact they made to their community. My Grandmother has been in Coweta for some time now and she's 89 and really relies on the honesty of businesses. This business has done plenty of work in the aging house that she owns and even attended her 89th birthday party. I'm pretty sure they even helped with the party. I'm trying to keep this story brief but still stress the fact of what kind of people I think they are at Precision. Anyway, I want to thank the people involved with helping my PRECIOUS Grandmother. PS. They are the only plumbing company my family uses, so you have to know their WORK is AWESOME TOO!!!
