Outstanding and quick service! Called today at 3:45 and they dispatched Calvin immediately. He was here by 4:15 and took care of our problem by 5:00. Extremely impressed and thankful. Plumb Genius is the first place we’ll call for any future plumbing issues.

Jerred and his team were amazing. They came in and explained everything in regards to my water heater and fixed the issues within hours. Thank you guys!

Despite poor reviews on Yelp and others concerning this business, our technician Mike was very knowledgable and professional. We had roots in our main line, and he cleared them quickly. He also explained that Am Home Shield will not cover further clearing of the line since it was roots (indeed AHS called at the end of the service to reiterate that point). He suggested we get the line scoped to find the problem and gave us a reasonable quote without pressure of an immediate sale. Would call him again.

Had them out 2 months ago due to a perpetual muddy spot in the yard that we assumed was a leak. The guy drove up to the spot in the street, looked at the meter for a few seconds and assured us it was no leak, probably a natural spring, and left. We just discovered it WAS a leak in the irrigation system that's dumped several thousand gallons of water since this "plumber" came out and wasted our time and money.

This company is NOT honest. They tried to charge me additional fees when they had already been paid and still did not fix the problem. They are very difficult to work with. Use another company!
