Roto Rooter

I want to start by saying approximately 1 year ago I had an absolutely great experience with Roto Rooter. That service level was 5 stars. On this most recent occasion the service person seemed, uninformed, inexperienced, and mostly indifferent. I could not trust in the information or service (faucet repair), which ended up not occurring anyway based on the person's mistakes in my opinion. The person said they didn't have all the parts, couldn't do it. I contacted another company that fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes, said there were excess parts available, and fixed it for over 1/2 less than Roto Rooter. I decided to go with Home Advisor after this terrible experience. They referred me to a great company! Maybe it was a bad day for that employee. But I think I will have to pass in the future. Pass on being overcharged and bad customer service.

Joel and Edgar did a great job of repairing my plumbing issue I had in the back yard.They were able to fix it that day and cleaned up the work area very well.Very happy with them!

The Plumber arrived just after 6pm on a 4 to 6pm service time. Informed me of services they could NOT perform due to their getting their camera stuck in some other customers pipes. Quoted a variety of repairs he could do as soon as the next day when the camera gets unstuck....Told me he would send a formal quote which never happened... And after I called to request the quote two days later....I never heard back from them. They don't want your money...and frankly, your toilets deserve better! No thank you RotoRooter...your best days are behind you.
