Rocky Top Plumbing

I use Rocky Top for my multiple businesses and my home. They always take care of my issues like it's their own and are prompt when needed. Very respectful group of employees as well.

Have been trying to get a 30 min pressure test done. I called them and they said they have a job that requires all plumbers but they can do it when they get time. I would try to call them but they didn't answer their phone finally they do answer when called from a different number and we schedule for today at noon. I call them due to no show and they said they had a "all hands on deck" situation so maybe tomorrow. But they could have called earlier today to say they could not make appt and rescheduled.. Poor response time at answering calls and very poor professionalism by not even a call to let know they cant make it. Have read all good reviews but I am having a bad experience with this company.

Best plumbing experience of my life. Zach went way out of his way to explain what was going on with my system, answered a zillion questions and was very reasonably priced...truly a professional. They have a new lifetime customer, and I highly recommend them!

I recommend Rocky Top Plumbing to anyone who needs a plumber. They were a third of the price of a scary quote we got from another company and they went out of their way to come out early when they were booked all week....not to mention super nice guys! Will be using them from now on!:)
