Baker's Plumbing Heating

Called on a Monday for an emergency expected somebody to arrive on Tuesday. Thursday comes up I have to call to be told that there was other plumbing emergencies that came up and they typically don't work on Fridays. I was told best they could do was maybe the next week. No communication
