Dieterle Plumbing & Heating

So, we first called a plumber from all in plumbing. My wife explained what we needed and I called back and got into the details. Our diverter was broken on the tub spout. I had always wanted a waterfall spout on the tub but the diverter on the spout always made that impossible for a tub shower combo. We wanted the plumber from all in to cut the wall on the back side and install this new valve along with the trim and faucet. Long story short, we schedule all in, all in comes out, and all in looks at the job and says we'll be in a world of hurt if he does anything. To be fair normally he'd be right that the corrosion on the valve stem would hurt the function of the EXISTING valve if he cut it to install the new trim. However, we were REPLACING the existing valve. Obviously this individual didn't understand what he was there to do and he wouldn't listen to my wife at all as she tried to explain. Long story short he left without doing the work and we called Dieterle (like we should have done originally given their track record with us at our last house which I'll talk about later). Dieterle showed up, got to work, and now I have my new valve installed with the associated trim parts. Dieterle was also the only contractor that was able to find our sewer connection at our last house. You can't go wrong with these professionals.

We called and was treated with respect and was helped at once. The workers were kind and helpful even offering advice on how to avoid future problems. Will be calling them in the future!
