David returns calls and showed up when he said he would. Polite, very knowledgeable, and cleaned up after himself. A real pro.

So, my sinks were gurgling and starting to back up after I flush. I contacted David and he came out and spent 30 minutes walking around the house and checking the flow. He found a Studor valve that needed to be replaced and did not charge me a penny.

I don't know what their service is like because they wouldn't answer their phone or return my messages for four days in a row. Same with RDS Plumbing.

8AM, looked at problem faucet. said was going for parts, and after 6 hours and several phone calls with no response, I called another plumber. I would recommend you AVOID this plumber if you value your time.

So, they came out, found out the leak was under the house. "well have to come back next week to fix it". Week 2, fatso says he can't get under the house because the crawlspace is too small and "there might be snakes" so he says I better call my house insurance be they'll have to cut the kitchen floor out, looks like a big deal..... Call another plumber and he came out the next day and crawled under there. All it was, was a broken water T for the refrigerator, took him 20 minutes to solder a new one in. Kelly's is a rip off and they're lazy.
