Roto Rooter Sewer Service

Had a clogged drain and contacted another plumber. The other plumber did not want to come out ,so they came up with several excuses and flat out lied to my home warranty company. Elliott, with roto called me back, set an appointment, met the time he said and helped me get the problem fixed. Polite, courteous and on time. He didn't come up with anything 'extra' that some do either. I will be using these folks again and will highly recommend them. I like a person that accepts a job, quotes a price and does the job correctly for the stated price. Thank you.

Quick response to our call! Resolved our issue and even helped me unlock the bathroom door that my 4 year old locked then closed, with the tub water running!

They took us it was fixed and we had nothing to worry about, and to call them back if anything happened we tried to get them to stop and wait to make sure it was really fixed. They did absolutely nothing. Nothing was fixed but we were charged $100 but we thought hey they told us they’d come back if it wasn’t fixed. So we called and they told us anything else they did would have a $80 per hour work fee. So by only did they do anything but costs us $100 If there was a - star rating they’d have a -5 Star

John Marzano and his assistant did an excellent job. Good work ethic and were very polite and informative about the job. Roto Rooter got the job done and we highly recommend their service!
