Incredible service by friendly and professional people. Mike and Shawn were extremely helpful. Shawn is quick and an excellent plumber. He fixed our outdoor faucets, cleaned our air conditioner and tankless water heater in efficient time. We definitely will be using MGB plumbing again and I highly recommend them.

Awesome company all the way around! The service techs were very friendly, professional and kind. I had a scheduled appt during one of the busiest time of the season. They had an earlier time come available and called to ask if I was available two days prior to my original scheduled appt. They went above and beyond to quickly diagnose, repair and check additional things to prevent future issues. The tech even took time to explain several things about my unit and additional things I can do as homeowner to help extend the life of my unit. I was beyond impress with MGB Plumbing Heating and Air

The new unit MGB sold to us never heated the house enough and the owner said that we couldn't expect it to heat it up more than 20 degrees warmer than the outside temperature although everywhere I've lived has been able to heat a house very comfortably. The owner was unresponsive to our calls after he had to come replace the thermostat of the new heating unit that they had just installed. The price had been a little higher than most others we checked, but a family member recommended MGB so we used them, it was a costly mistake, having to replace the unit just 1 month after the warranty was out.
