After multiple visits in separate locations for a family member and their homes, this place over charged and 'repaired' with used parts, had to come back on multiple occasions for a single pipe repair because it was not done properly 2 times before. After asking for one of their free estimates, they took it upon themselves to start a leak repair, after a short time they left telling them they needed a full reroute of plumbing underneath the house. After less than 90 days, they call and threaten them with placing a lien on their house for $150 worth of work that they didn't finish nor were they asked to start it. Will tell everyone near by not to use them.

Did check out what the problem with a smell. Dumped powder and then it still smelled.
