Called today prior to 8 am left a message. Received super quick call back within 30 mins from the owners son. He told me he could work our home into schedule in the afternoon SAME DAY which was great because sewer backing up into our home isn't my favorite sceanrio. I wasn't sure what my septic problem was, and Ned came over to look at it with me. Turns out I didn't need the septic tank cleaned after all. He gave me good advice and didn't charge me a thing.
