Steve and his team checked my old furnace and found some humidifier and potential carbon monoxide issues. Within a day they installed a new Bryant system. It made an immediate and an obvious difference. I've known Steve for years and I'm very happy with the unit and the work. Best experience ever! I'm not a super handy guy. So when my water heater went out I knew that these 2 hands of mine weren't going to get the job done. So I googled and after about calling 3 companies (none of them answered); Gruter Heating and Air answered on the first ring! I told them the issue, and they were out within 24 hours. Replacing the water heater with ease and professionalism. They laid down towels when removing the old water heater up the stairs.
