First off I found that Jerry from the call center was a very helpful and caring individual. I mean truly great customer support! The next part of this wonderful experience was with Martin A. He was the definition of professional we had a bit of a language barrier but he never got frustrated with my questions and worked very very hard with me to help find solutions to my various plumbing needs. I'm telling you these guys are worth every penny my plumbers for life! I will be calling again for any future plumbing needs. If anyone asks I will be recommending these gentlemen.

I called Integrity Rooter out to clear a drain in my kitchen. The problem ended up being more complex than I had originally thought, but Integrity Rooter took the time to diagnose the issue and find the contributing causes. Even though they spent a significant amount of time fixing my blockage, even using a camera to find any other related issues they charged me only the drain clearing fee I had initially been quoted! I would have completely understood if they needed to charge me more for their time and labor, but I guess there name isn't just a name and is indicative of their principles!l. I will happily use them again in the future when addressing plumbing issues that arise in our, new to us but, very old house!

Both Robert S. and Matthew did a great job. Quick and efficient. Diagnosed the problem, gave an estimate, and came back the next day. The techs informed manager pipes were full of grease/oil/sludge and leaking due to incorrect assembly. Jetted out all the pipes and now run smoothly after many years of clogs and backups. Thanks for your quick service!

They were very quick in their response time and arrived exactly when they said they would. Plumber was professional and explained everything that he needed to do. Would definitely use again.

They quoted $1400 to repair a leaky shower valve! The valve, they said, could not be repaired and had to be replaced by going through the wall on the other side. Having been a plumber in a previous life, there were several red flags - he kept using the wrong nomenclature for the parts and really lacked confidence in his diagnostic and solutions. Replacing the washers, seats or, at worst, the stems , is all it should take. I've never had to replace the entire valve body unless the customer wanted something new. In this case, the guy said "it was defective because it was um, um, um..." "Brass!" I said. He then said it needed to be replaced with a single-handle model - that the two-handled faucets were so defective they don't make them anymore. Man, this kid was really blowing smoke and I hate to think of all the people out there that are being taken advantage of in such a way.. I called another company and they replaced everything (washers, stems and seats) for $300. Still more expensive that buying the parts and doing it myself, but such is life. "Integrity" Plumbing? Please.
